Refund Policy

At Kuchi Kala, we take pride in delivering authentic handmade Gond and tribal artworks. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refund is applicable only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or broken

• Wrong product has been delivered

• Significant defect in the artwork

Conditions:

• Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear unboxing video and photos are required as proof

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Refundable Items:

• Customized artworks

• Sale/discounted items

• Slight variations in color, texture, or design (as products are handmade)

Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method.
