Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2–5 working days after confirmation

• Handmade items may take slightly longer due to preparation time

Delivery Time:

• Metro cities: 4–7 days

• Other locations: 5–10 days

• Remote areas may take additional time

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on selected orders or above ₹999 (if applicable)

• Standard shipping charges apply otherwise

Tracking:

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
